Special Screws Manufacturer and Exporter | Shreeji Corporation

Image
Special Barrel Manufacturer The Special Screw is a manually operated screw that is often available in a Screw-Barrel conf i guration. It comes in a varied range of sizes and combinations and is silver in color. Since the production process is precise dimension-wise, our experts keep a close eye on it. Machines that profit from our Special Screw Barrel include blow molding machines, cable wire machines, food processing machines, and fruit mixing machines, to name a few. The length and diameter of the same can be customized to suit the needs of our customers. High-tech equipment is used to polish and finish it, resulting in improved abrasion resistance and performance. The material used in our Special Screw is EN41B and EN19 to achieve the surface hardness between 62 to 65 HRC. The process method that we use is nitriding along with special coating. The available diameter sizes of Special Screws range from 14mm to 150mm and the length goes up to 4.5 meters. Product name — Special Screws

Hardened Screw Manufacturer and Exporter | Shreeji Corporation

Hardened Screw The hardening of screws is done by two processes — quenching and annealing. Quench hardening i s  the first process in which steel and cast iron alloys are hardened. The material — here the screw, is heated to a certain temperature and then rapidly cooled. This makes the screw hardened. The hardened screw is then tempered to reduce the brittleness that may have been increased from the quenching process. Another process is the annealing process. This is a kind of treatment in which heat alters the micro-structure of the screw which eventually causes changes in properties like strength, hardness, and ductility of the screw.  Hardened screws  use imported high-speed steel, after a series of quenching & annealing processes to achieve high toughness & hardness, especially suitable for high wearing production. The material that is used in H13 to achieve the surface hardness between 62–65 HRC. The available diameter sizes vary from 14mm to 120mm and the length can go

HVOF Coat Screw Manufacturer and Exporter | Shreeji Corporation

HVOF coat screw HVOF  coating is mostly used to deposit wear and corrosion-resistant coatings on materials lik e  ceramic and metallic layers. Molten or semi-molten materials are sprayed onto the surface by means of the high temperature and high-velocity gas steam so that it produces a dense spray coating that can be of a high surface finish.  HVOF  Coated Screws provide reduced costs, improved performances, and improved electrical properties. The HVOF Coating process also enables components to operate both in higher and lower temperatures within harsh chemical environments. The HVOF Coated Screws also improve the efficiency and the life of other mating components. Using HVOF Coating technology, alloy powder spraying under high pressure & velocity. The adhesive force is 10,000 psi & the powder density can achieve 99.8% which offers outstanding performance in wear & corrosion resistance. The material that is used in a bimetallic screw is Tungsten Carbide Alloy to achieve t

Bimetallic screw manufacturer,and exporters

Image
We are Ahmedabad, India-based, a well-known manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of Bimetallic screws .  A bimetallic screw is made up of two metals or alloys. As the name suggests, in a bimetallic screw , two metals are fixed together. A bimetallic screw is used to increase the life of the entire screw and barrel. That is because a bimetallic screw works better than a mono-metallic screw. Bimetallic screws are made in two metals - the base material and the coating material. That is why a bimetallic screw lasts longer than a mono-metallic screw. There are multiple applications of a bimetallic screw . It can be used for corrosion formula, regrinding resin, calcium powder filling, additive fireproof materials, and additive plastic materials with less than 15% glass fiber. STELLITE PTA welding machines are adopted for hard-facing, with the alloy thickness over 1.5 mm, providing high surfacing bonding strength, dense textile & effectively improving the resistance of the screws to abras

Nitrided screw Manufacturer and exporter

Image
We are the top tier manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Plastic machinery in Ahmedabad, India | We manufacture the best quality and cost-effective products. At Shreeji corporation, We manufacture and export the finest twin Screw Barrel, Head, Ring Plunger, Nozzle Body, and components related to plastic process machinery. We are one of the best Nitrided screw manufacturers and exporters in Ahmedabad. We make abiding Nitrided screws that are affordable.  Nitriding is a heat-treating process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of a metal to create a case-hardened surface. A Nitrided Screw has a plethora of manufacturing capabilities. The applications of nitrided screws are injection molding, extrusion molding, and blow molding. By using high-quality grade nitriding steel, with 72 hours of nitriding process, the nitrided layer will help the screw to get better performance by being corrosion and abrasion-resistant. Nitrided screws have a very good wear resistance until the surface
